Our task involved accurately modeling the heritage structure using detailed photographic references, ensuring the tower stood out in Toronto’s high-rise skyline. We digitally recreated several downtown blocks to authentically anchor the tower in its urban context, meeting the client’s goal of balancing historical preservation with modern design.This approach met the client’s emphasis on preserving the historical value of the site, balancing heritage and modernity in one of Toronto’s most iconic intersections.
